WHAT - Once youโve pinpointed your main priority goals, remember to note down the WHY - Why exactly do you want to achieve your goals?
Also, list 3 action steps of HOW you will get there to your goals.
HOW committed are you to achieving your goals out of 10? As a PT If youโre not a 10 out of 10 in commitment it rings alarm bells in my head as to whether you will be successful and I would rarely risk training a client with less than 10. Why? Because anything less than 10, excuses are easily picked up and therefore you wonโt do the work necessary to get the results..

In summary pick a goal that you can ๐ฏ commit to so that nothing can stop you in your tracks. .
