Warrior stretch workout (for a better Butt)


#fitnesswarriors, apart from being in fashion right now, your glutes are essential for building athletic strength and power. However, your butt will not grow unless you give it room to, so make sure you include some proven mobility drills into your training prior to lifting up your barbell to allow your muscles to recruit better in your body. My preference are short hold myofascial type stretches,

For full effect, try performing 4-5 rounds of the following mobility drills 10 x each.

A1: straight leg inch worm

A2: squat to stand

A3: split stance hip flexor

A4: Cossack squat
