So ...One of my most popular recipes are my nut job chocolate protein balls. They are very popular because they taste sooo good (as well as being soo good for you) .
Before jumping on a fitness challenge or nutrition plan with me, many clients struggle to find tasty snack ideas that are quick and easy to prepare.
This recipe is a fool proof way to keep you firmly on track with healthy snacks for your nutrition goals.
These energy packed balls are not only healthy, but also super delish. I have tested many different foods before workouts. With being a group fitness instructor we are often racing between classes, so we need to grab something on the run that’s not going to make us feel nauseous whilst on stage.
Im delighted to say these work perfectly at fuelling your hardest of training sessions. Even during your most intense long duration cardio type activities such as cycling and marathons these will keep you ahead of the game all the way around the circuit.
They are super sweet just like snickers bars without the guilt factor.
Give them a whirl and let me know
Ingredients
1 x packet of mixed nuts- activated and then crushed
5 scoops of vanilla protein powder (Matrix brand is my fave)

1 TBSP Organic Honey 1 TBSP maple syrup
1 TBSP Almond or peanut Butter
1 TSP Organic Vanilla Essence
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together then add the wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly and make the mixture into seperate balls place in the freezer or your fridge for 1hr or later. Devour them when you’re ready to . (For less mess in your fridge/freezer put each ball into a pan patty)
