CREAMY AVOCADO TUNA BOATS


These SUPER Easy avocado tuna boats are filled with a creamy tuna (or salmon) filling and topped with fresh herbs. A delicious, healthy, and easy way to do lunch and nourish yourself Warrior Fit style! Ready in only 5 minutes.

These avo tuna boats are so yummy and your guts will love you for them! Adding a wee bit of fresh thyme on top just gives these beauties an extra happy kick! These juicy protein rich boats will keep you satisfied for a quick snack in between meals, after your workouts or can even act as a main course.


As well as being Warrior Fit Nutrition compliant, If you are Paleo and Whole 30, these superb snacks fit the bill too.

INGREDIENTS


1. I x can wild caught tuna or wild caught salmon

2. Ripe avocados cut in half and pitted

3. Tablespoons Paleo Mayonaise

4. Tablespoons relish or cucumber pieces for whole30

5. Green onion sliced in small rounds

6. Optional Black pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS


For the filing combine all the ingredients (except the avocados) and mix. Fill the avocado halves with a large scoop of filling (I use an ice-cream scoop for this). Top with more green onion and fresh thyme leaves for your personal satisfaction.
