. Here’s to the strongest start, consistent middle and smashing end, to the year 2023 of keeping moving!

Here’s your vacation training session #2, that you can do in or out of the gym.


👉👉This is a training session that will challenge your whole body with supersets of complexes and plank work

👉Remember to set your clock. This workout can be even more useful than just the workout itself, as you can use your time as a bench mark to beat at a set date in 2023 (AKA a fitness test)

👉Tailor the workout to your fitness level. Please note as provided light impact option, non- gym option (load using a gym bag full of books or similar) and hardest option. Always get a clearance from your trusted medical professional before partaking in this or any other form of exercise.

👉Remember to include mobility drills in the start and some stretches at the end

👉👉👉Always, always, always look after your body by looking after your form. Yes, you want to complete the training in great time, but please don’t compromise on your technique.
