Here's a delish recipe that's aligned with my 14-day kickstarter program. You know what the best thing is? It's super quick easy and healthy. Sincerely all of my family (including the fussiest of eaters) love this dish. It's a great one to make after a cramming in lots of activities to a busy day, when you're too tired to cook something complicated, but you're craving something deliciously nourishing.
You can combine it with cauliflower rice to remain aligned with my plan or if you're having a carb up day you might want to include brown rice.
Ingredients 900g Grass Fed Ground Beef 5cm Fresh ginger peeled and grated
1 small red or brown onion
1 sprig of spring onion (shallots) for the garnish 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder
1 optional teaspoon of chilli powder 1/2 cup coconut aminos
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Instructions Add the ground beef and sesame oil to a large skillet and cook on medium heat. Add the ginger, red pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and continue cooking until the meat is browned. This will take around 8 minutes. Add the coconut aminos and cook for another 5 minutes. Once ready sprinkle on the spring onion garnish with spring onion. There you have it! Serve with cauliflower rice.
