Detoxing The Simple Way

Thank goodness that detoxing doesn't have to start with fancy teas, or crazy fasting periods.


At a basic level detoxing the body can start with cutting junk from your eating regime whilst boosting your hydration and all the good foods in your current eating regime.


This is because you are simply trying to put your organs (AKA your kidney and liver) that allow the detoxing in your body into a better environment to do what they are designed to do.
