COMPLEXES How to get strong and in shape when you have no time ?

Are you a busy parent /person who is short on time to dedicate training  but you really want to be strong, fit and in shape so you can be present for the important people and aspects of your life?

Then complexes are the real deal. Why? Because you are working a very big scope of movement and muscles all at the same time which then enables a highly metabolic workout in the short space of time that you have.

So what are complexes exactly ?

Complexes are composed of any number of your primal movements (squat/deadlift/single leg/push upper/pull upper/rotation)  amalgamated in their own routine.

How do I typically set these up for my clients ?

Firstly,  I spend time making sure my client is nailing technique on all their basic/primal movements first.

For example, you will see what in the video that I do

A1: Push up

A2: Renegade Row

A3: Deadlift

I make sure we are nailing the technique all these basic movements first before programming them in to the complex.

Once you can demonstrate great technique, the complex is introduced (like the video)

Do you want to power up the intensity of the complex even more? Try adding a set a time frame or work through a ladder of sets that are to be completed consecutively.

...and BANG there you have it. Highly metabolic, highly effective training for strength, shape, HR and not to mention the feel good endorphins in a very short space of time.
