Timed AMRAP circuits

A highly metabolic training session that puts your total body into overdrive.
Time each round, take minimal break between rounds to maximise stamina build and aim to beat your time in each round.
Remember when you feel the challenge in each round and between rounds these are your progress points.
Your training session is only as effective as your warm up and recovery
Take care with your technique as this can make the difference between super effective and being on the brunt end with injury. ..
If you have a coach on hand work with them through the program.
