7 Habits Of The Strongest On Earth

You may not think you want or can be the strongest in the world, but in order for your world to become stronger in your life for life you can adopt any of these strategies from the worlds GOATS (Greatest Of All Time) and in an instant you can turn your world from mediocre, to goal kicking, no matter what your age, gender or current fitness level.

Without a doubt, this is because most of these strategies are not limited by physical capacity. They are mostly to do with your mindset of which does not discriminate upon how fit you are or how old you feel or how much money you earn.

Sick of feeling out of shape

tired and weak? Then read on...

1. They have a NON-quitting attitude

When the going gets tough, that is like a red rag to a bull for the strongest in the world. They thrive on pressure, they know it’s going to be seriously uncomfortable and they do not give themselves permission to quit once they start seeing results. The strongest in the world hit it hard and hit often for as long as possible. They do not stop training when things get tough. They score A for Attitude and this sets them apart from the competition.

2.The strongest in the world can crack a nut on their butt. This means the strongest in the world have the best possible posterior chain development. This is the chain of muscles at the back of the body from the head all the way through the back, butt and back of your legs plus your calves. All these muscles enable you to pull heavy stuff, heave up walls and ropes easily and flip tyres like they are a feather. The posterior chain helps to support technique and power for many events on powerlifting, weightlifting and CrossFit.

Having a strong posterior chain, prevents you putting excessive loads on your back, but (excuse the pun) more so on the muscles surrounding the hips (AKA your gluteals). Having a strong coconut butt, allows you to apply force and speed to the weights that you are chucking around more easily without getting injured. This gives them a big advantage for performance plus of course, enables pain free movement.

3. The strongest in the world did not get that strong and fit by accident. They are coached through a program. Yes most if not all successful athletes did not get there alone. They find a reputable coach/es for their sport. These coaches personally support them physically and mentally, as they push them them through a systematic program to improve their strength and reduce their weaknesses, so they can perform at their best during competition. The strongest clients i've trained , can handle the biggest workloads in their program.

4. The strongest women in the world work tirelessly on nailing the basics. They commit to the accessory work and focus on nailing technique because they know that that this will back up their strength and power on the big lifts. This might seem boring to some people but it’s totally necessary for results. They put in the reps to nailing awesome technique on the basic lifts, they match their work with their recovery and they consistently eat well. They are laser focussed but open minded.

5. The in the world are laser focussed on their goal but they are willing to adapt the method to reach their goal

The strongest in the world are totally committed to their goals. They have a flexible approach to their goal as they realise that on paper (AKA their program) is not what always is reality on a daily basis. Therefore they adapt around their over all structure when required, in order to achieve their goals so that they win in competition.

6. Relentlessness. The strongest in the world are relentlessness, no matter how hard the work seems, they have an energy that is unwavering. This strong mindset pushes them forth-wards when things start to get UNcomfortable, when the workloads and stress are UNreasonable at times where it's all Inconvenient. The strongest in the world consistently push forwards in these situations, meanwhile their competition quits. This mindset separates the good from the greatest, strongest and best.If you want to become strong, you must master this skill yourself.

7. They take extreme ownership: Extreme ownership allows the athlete to clear their mind of a defeatist attitude and allows them to know that its completely up to them to get things done. The strongest in the world control their ego so that their ego does not control them. As well as helping to drop excuses, taking extreme ownership also allows the athlete to learn from their mistakes without drowning on them. By doing so puts them into more favourable position, a mindset to win. Didn't win? Their fault. Missed training? Their fault. Did not eat the right thing? Their fault. Team loses- their fault. By taking extreme ownership you are a leader in your life.
