The WARRIOR FIT Strength Training Program, will follow a comprehensive goals and values assessment so that the coaching you recieve will be directly correlated towards your goals. This program may also differ from other online strength training programs because it is a personalised program, which is created from a movement assessment that you will complete.
Our coaches assess your movements to see precisely where your current strengths are, also, factoring in where you also might need to work on, in order to lift up your strength game.
In a matter of week expect to be lifting with better technique, improve your self confidence and be lifting heavier with the great form that we have established as part of this training program.
